Yunnan Provincial Design Insttute Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1951. Since 1978, it has been managed as a public insttution under the enterprise model. In 2001, wth the approval ofthe provincial govemment, it was restructured from a scientfic research and design public insttution into a technology-based enterpnse. In 2013, the group reform began.In March 2019, in accordancewith thework arangements of the provincial committee and the provincial govermment on promoting the company system reform of provincial state-owned enterprises,and with the approval of the provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the company system reform task was successfuly completed, and it was officiallyrenamed Yunnan Design Insttute Group Co., LTD. The nature of the enterprise was changed from a wholly state-owned enterprise to a wholly state-owned enterprise.
For over 70 years, Yunnan Provincial Design Institute Group Co., Ltd.has participated in and witnessed the transformation of Yunnan's urban development from a state of devastation to a state of rapid change. The group's business covers construction project design, territorial space planning compilation, planning and design management, urban and rural appearance management, land consolidation services,construction project investigation, construction project supervision, construction project quality inspection, engineering cost consulting services, engineering management services, general contracting for construction projects, energy conservation management services,information technology consuling services, overseas contracting projects,and construction labor. Senior engineer, registered architect, registered structural engineer, registered consulting engineer, bachelor of engineering, master of business administration. In 1990, he graduated from Chongqing Institute of Architectural Engineering, majoring in industry and civil architecture. He has been Director of the third Design Research Institute of Yunnan Design Institute, Director of Architectural Engineering Design of Yunnan Design Institute, Deputy Secretary and Vice President of the Party Committee of Yunnan Design Institute Group.
